Services Provided

The regional superintendent serves as a liaison between local schools and the Illinois State Board of Education in relation to certification, health/life safety, and compliance issues;

Acquires and administers state and federal grants that bring services to the local school community;

Assists local citizens and schools with an array of educational matters ranging from truancy and homelessness to legal questions related to the administration of the schools.
